Signify Solution is a management consultancy partnership firm. The work has always been about helping clients solve complex problems — and being recognized for the integrity of how the work gets done.

From a single Philadelphia office in 2019, the firm grew into a global partnership: two legal entities, a US headquarters, an Egypt-based Technology Acceleration Center, and an expanding footprint across the EMEA region. The team is now 55+ professionals — 20+ in the integrated partnership, 35+ through the Signify Alliance Network — serving clients of every size with the same technical proficiency and personalized standards.

Signify Solution opens its doors as a management consultancy partnership — built on passion, integrity, proficiency, and authenticity. The first engagements set the standard: solve the real problem, share the know-how, leave the team stronger.

The Technology Acceleration Center opens in the heart of Egypt — a hub for innovation, IP development, and delivery support for global and Middle East clients. Cumulative delivery passes 50,000+ hours. Multiple IP assets, security assurance toolkits, and digital transformation training programs are now in the field.

National strategies. Lasting impact.

Client roster crosses 30+ organizations — including the design and implementation of national-level strategies. The firm is now trusted to deliver work that shapes economies, not just balance sheets. The "Consulting New Age" thesis takes editorial form across three published volumes.

Mostafa Elghazaly

Mostafa Elghazaly is the Global Chairman of Signify Solution, where he leads the firm's strategic direction, global expansion, and impact-driven vision. Under his leadership, Signify Solution recently celebrated a new chapter — marked by a refreshed brand identity and milestones including 27+ clients served, 65,000+ delivery hours, 1,350+ CSR hours, and 70+ published insights, while expanding the footprint from the US into KSA and the wider EMEA region.

With 18+ years of experience, Mostafa is a leader specializing in enterprise risk, digital strategy execution, product development, and controls integration. He has led multi-year digital transformation programs, designed target operating models across finance, GRC, and data analytics, and delivered large-scale digital platforms integrating IoT, ERP, automation, and advanced analytics.

His portfolio spans 25+ transformation initiatives: 50+ digital AI & intelligence marketplace use cases at a Big 4 firm, a full-scale digital manufacturing and testing automation platform, enterprise e-commerce control builds across multi-cloud environments, AI & RPA operating models, and automation for front-office banking functions.

Previously, Mostafa spent nearly a decade at PwC Philadelphia as a regional SME for SAP, GRC, Cloud, Digital Strategy, and RPA. He has presented at ISACA Philadelphia Chapter Spring 2024 and 2025 forums and is the creator of the Strategic Alignment Roadmap, TotalView, and IMPROVE frameworks. He authors Strategy+, 7-Minutes, Well-Controlled, and Learning Bites, and serves on the Board Executive of Signify for Charity.
