Risk Radar

A 200-row register, turned into one editorial radar.

An executive view of the risks shaping the organization — mapped, mitigated, and boardroom-ready in sixty seconds.

Runs on LaptopSharePointCloud
Built for: Built for an enterprise-risk engagement where the board needed one view, the audit committee needed another, and the transformation PMO needed a third — all from the same source of truth.
The Story · 02 02 / 05

Why this tool exists.

Most risk radar engagements end with a deliverable. Risk Radar is what happens when the deliverable is built to keep running instead.

Every audit committee has the same problem: the risk register is a 200-row spreadsheet that nobody reads. The board gets a slide. The CISO has a different slide. The auditors get a third spreadsheet. Three versions of the truth, three sets of corrections, zero alignment.

Risk Radar turns the register into one editorial radar. A segmented radial chart with three severity zones, drag-rerank to escalate or de-escalate, click a segment to drill into the underlying risk, lock the view for read-only walk-throughs in the boardroom. The same data — presented as the audit committee lens, the SEC disclosure lens, the transformation program lens — without ever forking the register.

Controls and mitigations are first-class data: many-to-many control linkage, status pills (effective · remediation · deficiency), milestone-tracked mitigation plans, owner roll-ups, SEC disclosure references — all editable inline. One-click export to a pixel-perfect board pack PDF. One HTML file. No server. Runs offline on an air-gapped machine.
